Love and Destiny’s Prophecy
A prophecy at midnight points out that the person Andy loves most may be the lady who is living in his house already.
A few days ago, I ended up at a midnight prayer session in Dodowa. I went there longing for peace and maybe a bit of understanding but instead, I got a prophecy that really troubled me. The prophet was there, eyes closed, the voice was steady, and he was saying that I would marry a beautiful lady who would be the one to help me in realizing my dreams, who would be my partner, not my supporter at the back.
I was completely surprised.

The woman he painted was not a stranger to me. She was the one whom I had secretly loved for a long time. As I am writing this, she is in my house.
She is still very young, a first-year university student, and is still finding her way through life. However, she loves me a lot. She cooks for me, calls me to know how I am, and does little things that make our house feel like home. Now, I am in a dilemma if this is just a coincidence or if God has just answered my prayer.
But I am torn.
Do I have to tell her? Should I talk to her and say “a prophet has said you are to be my wife”? Should I propose and take the chance of losing her? Or should I just sit back, waiting for another sign or confirmation?
I feel reluctant to exert any pressure on her. I do not wish for her to think that she has to pay me back in some way just because she is living with me. Still, I cannot help but think about the possible beginning of something real and beautiful, even if those were not the exact words I would choose.
She is more than just a girl in my house; she is the one who really notices me. If that prophecy has any validity, maybe I have been sharing my life with my future partner all this time.
Thus, I am contacting you not merely for advice but for wisdom. For narratives. For voices who may help me decide what to do next.
Because love mixed with faith can produce a storm. And at the moment, I find myself right in its center.
—Andy
